HVAC in Raleigh/Durham area

Looking for recommendations for an HVAC installer. My upstairs unit quit last night and I think is on its last legs. We had the capacitor replaced a couple months ago and must have went out again.

Since I know the time is coming looking to find a good installer that uses top brands.
