HydroTurf maintenance?

Has anyone coated their hydroturf with anything to help with the dust as it breaks down? I know I will eventually have to replace it with SeaDek, but I'm not ready to take on that project yet, I am sick of the black dust though.

For as many that have complained about black dust from Hydroturf, Yamaha must have used a low grade turf. I had HydroTurf in our previous boat for over 8 years and it held up great. The only time I noticed anything come off was when I nailed it with a pressure washer to clean.
