Also - Been to Bimini for vacations at Bimini Hilton/Resort world last 5 years in a row. We loved the real island time on the south part of North Bimini and South Bimini. Bimini Cove really caught my eye as being remote and peaceful (Progress is coming as the airport has been updated and American Airlines is this month doing regular flights there...maybe still remote and special for the next several years?... Or, until a bridge is built connecting North and South Bimini). I saw threads from back in 2023-24 about Bimini Cove problems with AIR B&B fights there with the management. I am starting to buy a condo at Bimini Cove. I think it would really be cool to have a Jet Ski there. I was told by the realtor (as an owner) I could store a Jet Ski there for about $700 a year. I'm really excited about this idea - but realize I may not know enough about underlying problems or changes coming... Any help is truly appreciated!!!

PS - I put in Seadoo - but I haven't purchased my Jet Ski yet - Looking for a best idea/suggestion on this too;>)

@Walkabout Bimini Sands / Cove has been in chaos since 2018.

There are FB groups where you can learn more.

If you can buy the condo without wanting to make revenue from it then it might be reasonable to do so. Otherwise I would stay away.

Also make sure to understand how much the POA fees, taxes and utilities are.

I loved the old Bimini Sands and considered buying there at one time.
