get text alert if there is an issue, high water etc. I want something with these functions installed on my boat, still in research mode.

after a little searching, it looks like there is siren and boat command. I may go with boat command since it looks more mature, cheaper and has what I want.

There is a dealer near me, I may ask them to install it, at least get a price and see if it is worth it.
