Identify these parts

While hunting for leaks on my FSH195,

I found these stuffed in the starboard side rear corner. Can’t figure out what they are.

The middle piece is a hose clamp......That's all I got.

When I picked up my boat I found official Yamaha branded tools in a locker. They’re mine now lol.

A few more pics. Bonus points for the rubber straps, I found one laying down not connected to anything. Any idea where the third one goes? EDIT: Diagrams look like it goes on the resonator.

I've had my resonator out. I only had 2 straps. Maybe you got a freebie?!?
