Just click on the link, go to senate bill 2696, click on create witness slip, fill out section 1. Section 2 put if you are a boater, homeowner, business, etc. Section 3 click on opponent, Section 4 click on record of appearance only, fill in the rest then click that you agree to terms, then click on create slip. This takes about 2 minutes and will be appreciated.

It looks like he keeps pulling it so the witness list resets, hoping that it gets smaller. It gets bigger every time. I think this is his last chance with this bill. It has to either be presented or dropped at this point. Not to say he will not try again when he thinks we aren't paying attention but he is up for election in November so we can try to fix that.
