Today we installed a Magma Fishing table that my brother in-law gave me as a gift.
It is a folding fish bait cutting table that keeps all the mess of cutting bait out of your boat.

Instalation did not take more than 15 minutes following the instructions in the box.
First mark the holes where you want to install the table,
Make sure it is not flat but slightly higher so that it drains out of the boat.
Drill the holes and install the bracket holder
