Wife and I just bought a new house (moving today). We are keeping the old house to rent out for 3 years (whole depreciation thing) then we sell but in the meantime, its going to be tight.

Oddly enough, my wife doesn't want to sell. I keep telling her after 3 years, we can buy a new one. She just hates getting rid of things.
