Is it worth to pay more for a 2017-2021 AR210/212S vs. 2012-2016? Are the differences worth it?

Asking one more question to this great community here. I have basically decided that a 21ft Yamaha is the best to fit my family. Having said this, I saw a very nice 2015 AR210 that was 400 miles away and was sold to someone local, that's fine. I'm not in a hurry. However, with the collapsible tower on the MY2012 update, I'm seriously considering those vs. the MY2017 onward. The pricing difference I'm currently seeing is in the range of $15K to $18K to similarly condition boats. I'm having a hard time to justify paying more. Any reasons I should? Thank you as always.

2012 are MR1 engines. I would have the 1.8 engines over the older MR1’s. More quiet, more power, completely different rev range and driving, not to mention hull changes and other differences. The engines alone would deter me but YMMV.
