I work on A LOT of FXHO motors for Waverunners but this is my first SX230 or any jet boat to rebuild. I'm throwing together the Starboard and Port motors right now but cannot remember for the life of me if there is a negative cable that is supposed to connect to the 12mm head bolt on the starter where the starter mounts to the side of the block on BOTH motors or just one of them? I know there is a ground cable that comes from the oil reservoir on one connecting to the other. Just can't remember if both starters also have a negative on that mouint bolt on the side? The Shop manual is not giving that secret away...or at least not the one I have.
