is this a problem? assistance with tower please

Hey guys, after getting home the other day I noticed one of the tower bolts seems to be 'out'. it has a Philips style head but i cant get this thing to turn at all. any tips on how to get this bolt back in?

Did you try it with the tower back upright?

You can also try to have someone support the tower (lift it a little) while you try turning the bolt.

Ditto maneuvering the tower. If the bolt doesn't budge, then it's likely impinged and you have to relieve the pressure by adjusting the tower into different positions, lifting, etc. If you get desperate, you could even try a small wooden wedge at the hinge point to leverage against, but beware of leveraging too much against the fiberglass. Whatever you do, don't try to impact the bolt to get it to loosen or you'll do damage.

Thank you all, your suggestions helped fixed the issue. It was pined by the tower weight so getting an extra set of hands to lift up on the tower allowed it to go back into place.
