I am looking at 2017 Chaparral VRX with twin 250 jets. They both have 282 hours an them. I am new to jet boats. Is this a lot? Thank you

Average usage should be about 50 hours a year (unless your in Florida). So a 2017 with 282 hours is almost double the standard usage rate.

I am in Florida. So I assume that would be higher?

Being from florida, then that to me is a good boat... i always assume Florida peeps are doing 100 -150 hours a year on it.. I’d want to see maintenance records because thats what matters more than hours used..
