I picked up an organizer from JBP for my new 210. Had also installed one on my 190. Great product with one flaw. The recessed pockets designed to hold cell phones holds water. I went to the local hardware store and purchased a small length of aluminum hobby tubing. Cut four pieces about 1/2 long. Prior to installing the top portion, drilled 4 holes from the inside of the pocket to the outside. Press the small aluminum tubes into the drilled holes and problem solved. Now drains into the lip on the top of the dash

Although your solution is better, I have just ignored the problem. Sometimes I soak up the water with my microfiber drying cloth, but usually I let evaporation solve it (I am uncovered in an open rack with a small roof).

Of course, now I will eventually spend the time to copy you - thanks, I guess.
