Hi all,
I have a 2006 sx230ho. Last outing things were fine, then the right thrust changed. as I throttled up the engine seemed to "disengage" for lack of a better word. The engine was running fine, but it seemed to rev with no resistance (much faster than the left engine.) I have checked the intake under the boat and the nozzle. There was a very small amount of grass wrapped around the shaft, but it was truly miniscule. At slow speeds I didn't notice any issues, but under increasing power is seemed to slip for lack of a better word. It was like back in my rodding days when an automatic tranny was slipping. It was pushing, but not much.
Any help or insight would be appreciated.
