jet pump blew out help, tks

Hello all I am new to this fourm and desperately need your help..I was out on water few days ago and blew out a jet pump lost the top cover with sensors and cracked my housing can anyone direct me into finding the parts I lost and now need.. Thank You

Is this an outboard jet? Can you post more information.

Are you talking about the cleanout plug?

But he said "lost the top cover with sensors and cracked my housing". That doesn't sound like the cleanout plugs. His profile only states sx with no year or model.

I am inclined to think he is referring to the clean out ports since the cover or hatch always gets damaged and the sensors are on the cover to shut down the engines if it is opened so I can not see any jet pump blowing and he said he is new to this however if he wants some help he needs to provide more detailed info and so far he has not even replied so perhaps he found his answers on another web site. There are many a post where the plug blew open the hatch and put the cleanout plugs into orbit ending their journey in the water or in the boat and nearly killing someone.
