Hey guys and gals,
I want to first say thank you to all of you who have bought SeaDek from us in the past and for those of you who have orders outstanding now.
As a general rule of thumb we always ask for two weeks on production SeaDek orders. We had been doing a good job of getting orders out inside the 2 week window until recently when SeaDek experienced some technical difficulties which delayed our normal stock shipment by weeks. That created a backlog of orders which we are now working overtime and weekends to work through.
I wanted to post this up to assure you that everything that can be done to speed up the process, has been done, and that we are prioritizing orders based on purchase date. Material has been shipped, finally, and more is being shipped to us from SeaDek today.
With that said, if you have a unique situation that requires immediate attention, or order expediting please call me or one of my staff members at 850-867-1410 and let us know your situation. We value your experience more than anything and we want to make sure that we do what we can to help get your order to you as quickly as possible.
As always we will be sending out e-mails with tracking numbers when your order ships. If you need anything please do not hesitate to call or e-mail.
