I don't know. He did a performance test on another vid and it got up to 45. The 1.8s would have got it up to 50-51? Is that worth another 8k in price? I don't think so especially if this boat is fish first and family second which it seems to be.
I'm not a fisherman so it's not my market. But if they had two versions one with twin 1.8s and 1 with twin TR-1s and the difference were 5-6 mphs but the price was 45k vs 53k, I am choosing the 45k everytime.

It has a built in garbage can!!!! Love the tons of storage!
@JetBoatPilot hope you aren't planning on taking her out with those anchors laying in the locker....your gelcoat might not like that!
Is that a fish locker in the center floor storage? If so, is it easy to hose out?

No not a fish locker. The fish locker is under the starboard bow seat. The floor holds the 5 gallon bucket and has a drain plug.
