This post is being written to give due notification to the public as to the status of JetBoatPilot's Thrust Vector patent.

"Jet Boat Pilot’s Thrust Vector system has unique functionality that is currently the subject of a patent pending application in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Jet Boat Pilot fully anticipates that its patent application will result in an issued patent, enforceable under U.S. patent law."

I will update this thread as we move forward so that any interested parties may be kept up to date on the status of the patent and any other pertinent info that may apply.

Congratulations!

Thank you! We have learned a ton through this and will never again try to file a patent without an attorney. That is why we have been delayed so much.

Damn...and I was going to copy them and make Millions!!!! Ok....no I wasn't ;-)

So that all interested parties and also potential competitors or current competitors could be made aware of our patent's status.

It appears there is a battle between two competitors about one another's products, which are similar but also have differences ( If that makes any sense lol) . I am sure the ones who follow this site know what I am talking about. Kudos to both sides for keeping it classy and professional. @JetBoatPilot @Cobra Jet Steering LLC

Totally out of curiousity, when did you first file/attempt to acquire a patent at all?

First filing was Dec, 2010 and the continuation in part was filed in the latter part of 2012.

I don't know why this is played out on the forum. Disappointing.
