Thanks ! The summer cant come fast enough !

Welcome @BMF JK and congrats on the new boat. Hopefully you'll take possession soon. Make sure to post up pics when you get it.

One bit of jet boating advice. Kill the engine/s if you find yourself riding over any debris (especially ropes). Jet boats are always sucking/pumping water. Even in neutral. So yes, your boat can suck up 50+ feet of your finest ski rope while in neutral and fit it into a tightly wound ball the size of your fist around a pump shaft. Please don't ask me how I know. All I can say is my wife is still upset at me over this incident. It was determined (by her) to be "my fault" even though she was driving. Ive never owned a stern drive (only jet boats) and apparently with jet boats it's always the husbands fault. Hopefully the salesman warned you about that prior to signing ;)

Welcome and enjoy the new boat. Rochester has some great boating; went to school at Geneseo. Post updates and start by reading this board for hours a day which will become your new past time.

Thanks and I'm sure I'll have questions once We get into the new boat .

Watching the old boat leaving without you can be tough. Hopefully the new owners get some enjoyment out of it. But it's always sweetened up a bit knowing that you've got a nicer one on the way. Looking forward to seeing pics of your new one. ;)

:Welcome: and congratulations on your new boat. Cant wait to see your photos and help you spend some of your hard earned money on upgrades! Great choice on a red boat, faster than all the rest you know!
