waverunner wil be running great and then all of a sudden just shuts down. 15 minutes later starts right up again and runs for a little while then just shuts down. Anyone have any ideas?

I don't know the Kawasaki but anytime something cuts out as you describe it's an electrical issue. I would check plugs, plug wires & ignition coil first. How healthy is your battery? It needs to keep the stator coil energized.

I had the battery checked end of last season and it was fine. We had this same issue last season but after winter storage, and some other maintenance it had not happen yet this season. This is about the 8th time out this year. It's has to be electrical. Will get to work on it. Thanks for the reply.
The Kawasaki skis pre 2013 where notorious for having a temp sensor issue that would prevent them from starting when warm and sometimes kill the engine as it thought it was over heating when it wasn't. I would check that first as its a cheap easy fix. If you do a quick Google search about I'm sure you will find some info.
