Somehow we lost an end cap from our ladder. Of course this leads to a cut foot, and my wife saying "We need to fix that" which means You have to fix this!

Where can I find a ladder end cap? Anyone?

Bueller? Bueller?

Wind line may be able to send you one. Guys have had good luck with them sending parts in the past at little to no charge.

I had considered contacting them, good to know that some companies still function with an eye toward customer service. Thanks!

Your ladder has a lifetime warranty so I don't think you should have any problem. They replaced my worn ladder 2 years ago at no cost, only paid to ship the old one back.

Glad you posted this, both of mine are gone, ima see if I can get some new ones as well!

Wind line is awesome. They stand behind their products for life.

Are there any rubber furniture leg caps you could find at Lowes?

can you order two? I need one also....:(
Glassman, Wind line is right in your back yard over in Gardena. I'm sure they'd hook you up if you stopped in.

I had a mishap with my ladder on my 192, someone left it down when I backed into a beach, they fixed it, only cost me shipping. Good as new!
