Nice pics. Is the first pic of the Hoover Dam with Nevada on one side and Arizona on the other?
 
I have always wanted to boat on Lake Mead. The water is amazingly clear!
 
@Ronnie- Its actually NV and AZ on both sides. State line is mid way through and lake is split, plus river below split down the center. So, left of pic is AZ. Right side NV. Each of those towers has a clock, one with AZ time, the other PST. You can actually float between both states...

@SuperJetDan Lake level has been fluctuating, but ok for the past couple years. This year, bad. Already lower than it has been in several years and summer is just beginning... :(
 
Wow! That boat ramp area is probably as big as the city where I launch my boat! Do you ever have to hunt for a parking spot? Lol

The ones at lake Powell Look the Same....Nice Hike up or down the Hill After you park your rig...
 
Has anyone been on Lake Mead the last couple days that can confirm the 8 foot drop in water level after the earthquake?
