Hey ...we are getting ready to go to Vegas for a week. Any suggestions or tips on must see things to do?
We are doing the Hoover Dam.

Make sure you see the fountains at the Bellagio.

Go up in the eiffel tower to watch the fountains, then again from the street. Different experiences with both.

Don't call the numbers on those cards....
Don't trust the cheap cheap meals

Make a quick trip over to Prescott so we can meet up for lunch :winkingthumbsup"

Make sure you verify the start time for the fountains. We tried this and got to the top of the Eiffel Tower only to find out their first fountain show of the day wasn't till 3p and we got there at 1p. It's not a big enough observation deck for you to hang around on for a couple of hours.

Fremont Street! Make a day/night out of it. You'll have to catch a cab since it's too far from the strip to walk but definitely something to do and it's the best people watching in town. Also, most of the hotels have some great "party" pools if you're into that. Drinks, music, smoking hot women, etc. They're like an outdoor nightclub with water. We went to one at MGM once and had a blast but now I think we're outside the appropriate age range for that crowd ;)

I agree with the Freemont st/ old Vegas area. This was the highlight of my last trip there next time I will likely go there several nights.

Go to the Bunny Ranch and tell them you'll have one of each.

In all seriousness, the Grand Canyon West isn't much further past Hoover Dam. Worth is if you've never been to the Grand Canyon. Also a pic at the Welcome To Las Vegas sign is a must.

Might have a hard time explaining my trip to the Bunny Ranch to my wife. We just did the Grand Canyon in April. Vegas Welcome Sign is a good idea....Thanks!

If you are near the Mandalay Bay, go up to the Foundation Room and check out the view. The entrance is roped off like its an exclusive club (it used to be), but if you are there before 9-10pm it is free to enter (after that there is a cover charge). Great view of the strip and cool bar.

I guess have only been there for bachelor parties. Kind of boring. ;););)
Now that I think of it - never got to see the Hoover dam. It must have been my tight schedule there... :D

Just remember......What happens in Vegas stays in Vagas. Have a blast.

bring eye drops and carmex!!!!
