Anyone have any knowledge of the LaView home security system brand? Woot has a deal on multiple models.

I use the 4 cams system at my business. It's not the best, but good enough to see what my employees are doing.

I always have some light on at my shop. Just the way the landlord designed it when built. So I do not know how it perform in total darkness. I can mess with it Monday if I have time. I'll try to post a short clip of it.

Its a el chemo model and you may get a year or two use out of it. Check at costco.com for a high def system it does have a pretty decent picture. Costco does have good return policy. Also super circuits.com has some ip camera systems that have a excellent picture. I installed one last week and it could read tag numbers at 100 feet or better. Customer ordered it but I installed it in his convience store .

I have a Swann system and love it. EXCELLENT customer service 24/7! I bought the 700 line resolution system and its ok, not sure I'd go any lower than that. I've used it to nail 2 people driving over our front lawn - they've paid to replace the sprinkler heads they broke!

Remote access is great! IOS, Droid apps and web access.
