Lesson Learned - Walmart.com

I saw a post where Walmart.com had a good deal on Boat Bling Products, so I ordered several bottles. The Fedex guy delivered the package and the cardboard was soaking wet, I opened it while he was there and one of the bottles spilled it's entire content on the whole package. This could be due to either the manufacturer or crappy packaging which I believe to be the case as the bottles were just tossed into a larger than needed box with nothing to keep them in place packaging wise. The Fedex guy suggested just returning the shipment due to damage.

Crickets for two weeks now, I contacted Walmart customer service via Chat asking when my order would be re-shipped? They said they issued a refund on 08/09/2016, looked at my bank account, nothing, he said to give it another day or so. I said why not just re-send my order? He says I should have contacted them to let them know it was damaged and that I would need to re-order the items. Really, open the damn box, see the damage, and send me out the undamaged products . Told him no thanks, I will order them elsewhere - he then offered me 5% off to re-order, still told him no thanks. This is not rocket science to see a returned package that is damaged and re-send out undamaged items.

We had similar experience when my wife ordered some V* energy drinks she likes that are no longer stoked at our local Walmart. She ordered 3 six packs. This mangled box comes via UPS and I open it up. The box first of all is twice the size it needs to be. There was no packing or bubble wrap in the box. One of the six paks had 1 can missing, the other had 2 cans missing. You could tell that at some point the drinks leaked, and the drinks were just removed, box taped back up, and sent on it's way. I think a zoo full of monkeys could have shipped those drinks with better results than the Walmart idiots.

Yep, that's how my stuff was packed as well, no packing material, and box too big. Lol the monkeys would absolutely do a better job!!!
