This boat is spec out and loaded 300hp tower etc Msrp 42k and change. This is off scarabs build sheet and doesn’t include shipping prep doc etc-what’s a good price out the door all inclusive except state tax and license?
Looked further and no deck or cockpit mat either not sure about electronic speed control or convenience package also lacks the aluminum wheels-so I would venture to say 35K isn’t doable with All the bells and whistles lol thanks for the reply
Maybe I am just not with the times but $35k to $42k seems overpriced for any 16’ jet boat especially when you can get a 19’ Yamaha for the the same price or less. A year or so ago I saw a new 190 selling for $28k at my local dealer. There are a lot of used late model seadoo speedsters (15’ to 16’ boats) on Craigslist selling for $9k to $14k as well.
When u dig down to pricing specifics u could get in to a new functional 165 in the 26k range. However when u add the 300 option at 5k wake tower 2.5k premium audio 1.5 k electronic speed control about 1k. It adds up in a hurry. I looked for months for a mint 2012 (last year made) 260 hp speedster and all I found were saltwater 155 hp or trashed boats. I guess if your gonna be picky and want all the bells and whistles u gotta pay the price-that being said new boat prices are ridiculous all around.
