@PEARCE pointed out that my bilge pump was working frequently at Lake Murray. Thanks @PEARCE.
After we got home I filled the bilge with water then pulled up a hill to see where the water came out. It came out around the transducer cable fitting.
This is what it looks like.
Large amounts of life caulk were applied to the fitting and the inside when it was installed.
I either need to seal it from the outside or open up the bilge and seal up the inside. I am considering applying a coating of life caulk to the outside.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
