That is the plan, at least somewhere in that area...I'm hoping my company expands to the Knoxville area so I can take my seniority and just transfer, but either way we are on a 3-5 year plan to be there...
AirBnb is similar to Uber. People "rent" out rooms of their homes or in some cases they rent the whole house. You can either rent or choose to rent your own house out....
we always used to rent from patriot and the only time we had a problem with some heating they put us in one of their really nice cabins for a free upgrade
We stayed in our portable condo (5th wheel camper) in that area for almost a week last summer. Beautiful area! Spent a day in the Smoky Mountain National Park and then two days at Dollywood. Lots of people on the main tourist drag of town, but we stayed away from all of that. It's almost like a mini Branson if you've ever been there.
