Any one have a Jetboat I could rent for the day. Can be a week day (preferred) near SW pa. Willing to travel to deep creek, Erie, or 2ish hours from Pgh. former LS2000 owner. Ideally it would be a 240, but beggars cant be choosers.... let me know what you got and what you would ask- I will also bring it back full of gas. Hoping to find something the week of August 9th. Thanks in advance.

Good luck with that one...

yeah- no responses....... real bummer. I owned a LS2000 for 4 years- and people thought it was a new boat (it was not- it was 10+ years old). I took really good care of it. just trying to see if the fam is into boating before I go buy something for 35k-50k. If anyone can assist- please let me know. Willing to pay and happy to abide by any rules. non-smokers, non-drinkers. 2 little kids and 2 very responsible adults in their 40's - just looking to experience a day on a boat- see if everyone likes boating. Prefer the jet for safety reasons- and if I do buy another one it would be a jet for sure.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Check out Sugar Tree Marina at Salt Fork Lake. I believe their powerboat rentals are Yamaha's.

Check your local craigslist ads. I have seen more jet ski and jet boat rentals this year than in the past several years combined here in NCAL.

I know there is one in Washington DC for rent in the Potomac River, I dont know how far that is from you. I rent out an AR230 on Lake Anna in VA, not sure how far that would be from you either.

Might just want to rent an i/o from a marina. That will give you a good idea if your family would be in to boating. From there you can probably do a test drive of a boat from a dealer to see if a jet boat is for you.
