Looking to upgrade my 195

So we're thinking about upgrading our 2019 195 for a current/next year 215. Like the idea of a slightly bigger boat, and the redundancy of an extra engine. Plus who doesn't like an extra few mphs?

I got a couple of questions for you guys with the 215s:

1. What is the "Extended swim platform?" Is there an option to actually extend the platform beyond the hull? Is it worth it? Is it fragile?
2. Does the wake tower come pre-wired for speakers? My 195 did and I was able to purchase the identical kicker speakers that Scarab optioned for about half the price. I know that the current models come with a JL system, but I figure the savings will likely also be substantial.
3. Any other significant suggestions/observations you guys might have.

Also, and this is for anyone really, how is the "Touch Command Screen" if you have it? Specifically, how are the maps? I currently use an 8" tablet with Navionics installed. Would the experience be similar? Using the menus for settings can be a bit cumbersome at times and It'd be nice to be able to access more information at once (such as depth AND heading). I also understand that Scarab changed the manufacturer for the screen. Anyone know why?

These are just a couple of things I'm thinking about at the moment, I'll probably have more later. Please feel free to chime in with your 2c.
