on my 240 i do not visually notice the offset pitch on the venturis ,,, i must have to dissasemble to see it ? anyhow i am assuming the pitch of cones is to be installed down facing pitch? ... thanks
 
They should have a little T on them to mark the Top. Though I did install one of mine wrong (I couldn't find the T). When you look at it with the pumps on it will be obvious that the point is not sitting in the middle of the nozzle. As I think about it I think it should tilt up. Here are mine installed.
