Maiden Voyage! Chain Of Lakes, Waupaca WI

I woke up this morning and didn’t think we’d be boating this early. But by 9am, we were packing up! Launched and recovered without issues. Broke in the engine per the manual, and even had a chance to open it up to 47mph. This is my fifth boat, first jet, and not sure if it was the Cobra Fins I put on, but this thing handled like a dream. It reminded me of my flat bottom boat with a short shaft outboard, likes to wander a little at slow speeds. But wow, that jet launch, that surprises me every time! No comparison to our old IO. This thing was a smile factory the entire day.

Can I ask where you launched from? It appears the gov closed most state parks. It looks like another nice weekend coming up, and I need to get out!
