Any recommendations for a misting system? It’s barely 82 degrees in NC and it’s already hot. We’d like to get a misting system for when we’re anchored.
any recommendations or good / bad experiences?

Did you ever come up with anything for a mist system that worked?

Maybe their life is coming to an end...!!!
I see broken links in the lower downloads section
There is a toll free number, call them..

I own a misting company. I will tell you what you are looking at will not do the job. Now Mark in AZ it will. In mist cooling as a principle, the object is to cool without getting wet. If your on the boat that is not as big of a issue. I did work with my manufacturer a couple of years ago, pre covid. We spec'd a high pressure pump that would work with a small inverter. The biggest issue is getting the proper nozzle size, relative to the humidity. High humidity areas need smaller nozzles. Systems that I have installed in the Sun belt have .006 to .008 mm nozzles, where in AZ with very low humidity they use .20 mm nozzles. The mist evaporates , which takes the energy (heat) out of the air. If anyone is curious , I can pm you my website.

WTF? You're floating on a boat in water and you need a misting system?
I'd just splash everyone.

:D

I’ve only been to NC in winter so can’t comment on that, but I’m at the lake a lot when it’s 11X degrees out & you literally can’t be in the water enough to stay cool!
