Mooring cover question

Has anyone used the mooring cover part#MAR-190TR-BK-19 on a 2017 AR195, dealer says it should use part#MAR-190TR-BK-16. I believe a big difference is the BK-16 does not have a fuel filler access panel and the BK-19 does. The BK-16 and the BK-19 say they fit the 2019's. Anyone know?
