I know this is a Boating Forum but...Can someone please help?

I just started getting these. Had them once before on a different computer and never figured out how to "fix it!" I've searched google and have tried many things but to no avail. I have not created a new profile (yet) as this is like starting over. Does anyone some suggestions? kinda at my wits end and have been trying for hours but not getting anywhere. TIA!

Going to need a little more context to help with this. Where are you getting this error? You say Outlook in the title...but where in outlook....while creating an email and inserting an image?

I use MS Outlook as my email program on my home computer. See picture below. All email received have this same error message. What other info do you need?

That’s some kind of a security thing, isn’t it? If you click the blocked image, does it give you the option to download?

I don’t use outlook anymore, but we have to support a few staff that do.

Did you try this one:

This is likely not your issue (as it is older, but just in case throwing it in there too):
