i don't know how in the hell this happened, but this is the 2nd time it's happened during the course of folding and putting Bimini up on boat. Some how it has flipped over and the front support arms are on top. They should be undernieth the top. I have it laid out on my driveway trying to figure out what happened but it seems that there is no way to correct other than taking it apart and flipping front bar.
