My last day in Bangalore India

Winding down my last day here in sunny Bangalore...took this photo with the security guard at the hotel we went out to lunch at. Tomorrow is their national election day in the province so we couldn't go to a standard restaurant as most are closed due to a national rule that you can't sell alcohol 24 hours before an election. Voter turn out is expected to be 60-80%! Amazing! The largest democracy in the world.

Its not been easy to coordinate that across so many timezones...which is why it took a little longer than I planned....sorry....

But I'll be on my way home in 9 hours....18 hours in the air, 5 on the ground....then collapse!

Should I put a pair of those shoes in the Jetboaters SWAG store! LOL

Step one complete....made it to London. NY here I come....then Raleigh....can't wait to sleep in my own bed and brush my teeth with water from a tap!

@Gym Thats some funny stuff! I'm growing it to surprise my daughter when I get back! Never grew one before....and it won't stay long....feels strange.

Staying the night in NY since I missed my connection to Raleigh...one more day til I get home!

Took a pic with the same doorman this trip. Showed him the old shot and he was so delighted he wants me to send him a copy!


I'm in London right now....on the last leg of the 30+ hour trip home!
