We are staying in Navarre Beach, FL for the last two weeks in June and are planning to carry the boat with us. Looking for any tips or must things to see or do with the boat while there?

I am sure we will eat some in Ft Walton and then head west to see Ft Pickens and Navy Blue Angels. Any recommendations are much appreciated!

We are also staying in our camper which is on the sound and they have a place to dock boats for overnight. How many days can I leave the boat in the water before I need to take it out and flush it and wash it down?

Hit Crab Island in Destin. Great sand dollars there. Kids? If so, they have a slide and stuff there too.

Yeah we had definitely looked at trying to hit up Crab Island as long as it's not like it was this past weekend!

There is a very nice boat ramp right there at the bridge and you could boat over to fort Mcrea alot people go there we were there last weekend .

How long of a trip are you planning? I wouldn't personally go over 2-3 days with the boat steadily in sitting in the water. Even if all you do is take is out. Wash it off really good and put it back in. I boat just west of there the max I'll do is a night or two.
Either way make sure that you flush the engines out at the end of every day. Salt water on the outside is one thing... DO NOT let it sit inside your engine's cooling system. Flush those babies out!!
(just IMHO due to boating in the same water... Orange Beach, AL)
