navigation light placement help

I want to I stall permanent red and green navigation lights so I dont have to rely on the removable polemounted one. Does anyone have info on where placement should be so it meets Coast Guard regulations?

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, the pole mounted light is the white anchor light. the red & green light is the running light on the bow.

I have a tower so my white all around/anchor light is there. the bow has a socket that the red/green nav lights go into.

@ClemsonTiger thanks for tbe reply. I understand the Coast guard requirements, I was hoping I could get away with being lazy and have someone tell me exactly where on the hull they should go. but I have a short space between the bow and thd forward cleat, so I was able to figure it out. Nice weekend project. Thanks to @Joseph Baxter for the tutorial post
