Starboard motor not getting any fuel pump is good kill switch is ok ignition is fine switched out all the fuses any other ideas??

Did you try running a new ground wire to the pump.............Yamaha and most other boats have a lot of ground issues.

Thanks found it definitely the ground wire??Traced it down it’s the one that goes into the coupler at the earth plate on the backside of the motor

Does Anyone know how to take the coupler apart and fix the wire inside of it or should I just cut the wire and ground it to the motor or maybe they have a replacement coupler ???

If it is the same one as on my 06 the flat end comes off. You have to release the locking pins on the sides and pry it off with a small screwdriver. The cover is a jumper for all the wires going into the connector.

I had the same problem with my fuel pump not running and it was that junction that was the issue. I sprayed electrical contact cleaner on and put dialectic grease on the terminals.

tomorrow I’m going to try the contact cleaner and dialectic grease ?it works out thanks for the all the information

The cleaner and dialectic grease worked out thanks
