Installed a Kenwood KMR-M325BT head unit 2 seasons ago and it crapped out 2 weekends ago. The BT on it as far as I'm concerned sucked. If you were sitting on the swimdeck, your phone had to be on top of the rear cushions or it would not receive a signal and we would always have issues with even connecting BT at times. I've been looking at different replacements and don't want to spend a ton but want something that's going to last and it seems as if these round ones are better sealed than a traditional receiver. I've found one that seems to have good reviews, claimed 50' BT capabilities, claimed to be waterproof/resistant, has a IP66 rating(Protected from total dust ingress.Protected from high pressure water jets from any direction.) and has a wired remote to install on the swimdeck to replace the OE nonfunctioning one that's there now.

Does anyone have any experience with this Rockville head unit?

I have an infinity head unit that I've been very happy with.

I can't speak to the rockville, but it's the house brand for one of the big car audio sites. Woofers etc I think.

Don't buy anything from Rockville. Ever.

Go for fusion. I have the ud750 and love it

Kinda late to the party guys, already ordered one. Figured for the basic entry level tuner it'll do the job.

What's the reason that you don't care for their stuff??

If I had a system that I rocked out at the sandbar with I might be willing to spend that much but we just need some background music
