Need some help here, 212X ballast

Hey guys! I saw a used 212X for sale on this site quite some time ago that had a ballast system controlled by an iphone app. Does anyone know how this was made? I can't seem to find the original thread so any help is greatly appreciated! Garret

Both installations were done using Android, I don't think anyone short of a developer can do this on IOS.
