Hey everyone!! My name is Timmy and I am new to the jet boat world. I am picking up a new 2015 AR192 this wed and cant wait to get it out on the water. Any recommendations or modifications is a must have on one of these.

Welcome @bigbyrd and congrats on the new boat. Make sure to post pics when you pick it up. As far as mods, I'd say some kind of cleanout plug blowout prevention (Ez-lock or Tru-lock) and possibly a fin kit to help with maneuvering. But you might want to wait until you see how it feels on Wednesday.

Ok thanks I will keep those in mind and I have been looking into the thrust vector also

What part of NC @bigbyrd? If you update your location in your profile, it will add you to the member map. Lots of us here in NC.

Mods? Oh boy. Don't worry, we'll spend your money quick around here.

Iam in Lillington about 20 mins north of Fayetteville

Welcome Aboard!

Timmy! Timmy! Timmy! (Sorry - it's a South Park thing).

You had me at mods! Boy we can't wait to spend your money :-D

I do highly suggest some guide rails on your trailer. They greatly assist when trying to load the boat on the ramp. Other than that, take her out a few times and get a good feel for her and what mods will be most important to you and your personal application.
