New to boating here, picked up a 2007 sx230 for a great deal at the boat show (on a trade in)... was gonna buy a brand new one but got this for 13k and it's in great shape!! Only thing it needs is a new bimini and hardware, I think previous owner drove with it up to fast or something and bent the rods...

Things i have done is changed out the whole audio system which was a huge approvement, I plan on adding 4 more speakers 2 up front and 2 in the stern.

For the bimini part I'm thinking I might go with a tower and bimini combo cause 700 for whole setup is pricey... hope to learn alot here

Congrats on your new boat. Look at the gathering section. Texoma meet this Summer. Maybe you can make it.

Congrats and welcome!

glad to have you on board,
you may want to check your scupper, be careful if you are removing the spark plugs #3 has a history of getting seized and snapping off if your to rough with it and if your fuel gauge doesn't work good think about swapping it (although removing your deck cover is a whole other issue),

check out our FAQ for lots of great info on all these and MORE!

Welcome to boat ownership in SA!
I live in Schertz and work at Randolph, my wife works at Lackland (deployed at the moment).

Are you new to the area?
