Welcome! I also have an 03 LX210. It's a great little boat!

Make sure the oil lines going to engine aren't dried out and cracked and that they aren't "tight". As they age, they shrink. If one breaks/cracks/leaks, you're running at least one cylinder without oil. On a 2-stroke, that's pretty close instant death for the motor. That's critical... check it... now! :P Other than that, enjoy. I kind of miss my LX. Oh... and don't freak out when the RPMs jump from 4-5000 with nothing in between. That's just how they are.

Enjoy!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! Pics to come.

I will definitely check the oil lines, I was just reading up on that. I have never had a jet boat so any other tips like "dummy" tips on how to start and run the thing would be great too lol.

All I got so far... in the rest she is filthy lol.

That is identical to the first jet boat I owned....lots of fun! Tons of power!

Glad you found us and welcome to the site!

Make sure you fix the oil lines on her.....that was the biggest fault in these boats! Having one drop off....means engine cooked!

Welcome and I am sure you find this site valuable.

Welcome!
