Thanks. Yes it's my first boat. I wanted an fsh190 but the wife wanted something more comfortable. I hope I can fish out of this thing also.
 
That should be some nice boating for you in S. Padre,

Did the dealer give you test ride or go over all the particulars ?

Will you keep it in the water, on a lift or on the trailer ?

You'll want to make sure you flush it after each trip, make sure you do it in this order, engine on, water on, water off, engine off,

For your first trip make sure it's not a busy or crowded day and good weather for you to get some slow speed practice,
 
No test drive. Bought the boat from a dealer 9 hours away. Dealer meet me half way. I'm trying to get all the necessary equipment to get in the water (I need everything, the dealer didn't give me anything) . Lots of boats in this area, mainly fishing boats.

Second this, don't let yourself get too stressed, first trip is always a learning experience, and they keep getting better from there!
