Hey all, new owner of a Yamaha SX190 in Homestead/Miami area. Looking for some other owners to hang with on the weekends. No stranger to jet boats as I grew up on skiing in California behind a Glastron 22 footer with a 455 engine. (big difference with a Yamaha Lol) Anyway, family and I like to go out in Key Largo and near Elliott Key. We are just getting our feet wet in South Florida so if there are other cool places to go please let me know...

Hi how you doing?
I'm on Kendall. Although right now I'm running on a waverunner 17 vx deluxe I'm usually launching from the keys more particularly Indian ramp.

Miami in the house! i got myself a 18 SX210 for fun family activities! boat is new and havent done any sandbar trips yet! which sandbbar do guys typically do? nixon, elliot, or beer can?

Hey all Miami/Homestead jet boaters,( @Peter Alonso, @Diana24 ,@Gustavo Hidalgo), I am definitely interested in all of us meeting up sometime either in the keys or around Elliot key etc. I am not real keen on beaching my boat but I might do a sandbar tie off. Looking forward to some better weather to bring mine out....

i agree, when the weather turns for more favorable conditions a meet up at a sandbar would be nice. and i too am not keen on beaching my new boat especially with a black bottom .

Welcome new members! Hope to see you guys posting from South FL, that means warmer boating weather is going to travel everywhere.

How’s it going everyone. I’m down in Key West, hit me up if you all wanna meet up down my way or maybe in the middle somewhere. Marathon has some cool bars and restaurants to pull into. Picking my new AR240 up Saturday in Key Largo.
