Hey guys and gals,
I wanted to give all of you a heads up about our new short film which we just finished today. It is titled Yamaha Surf School. We plan to premier the short film tomorrow morning at 10:00 Central Time on YouTube. It will also be viewable on FB as well.
We created this film to help people better understand what a surf wave should look like and what it should not look like. In the film we take you through the process of seeing a surf wave created by 3 different Yamaha boats, a 242X, a 212X and an AR195. We'll show you the surf wave each of them creates as equipped from the factory. Then we'll show what the wave looks like with some ballast added but improperly placed. And finally we'll show you the wave when the ballast has been properly placed and Thrust Vector Wakes installed.
We tried to condense the film down to under 8 minutes, which we achieved, plus we endeavored to make it as simple and uncomplicated as we could. Though surfing can be a bit of a science we believe that after watching this film you'll better understand how to take your Yamaha Boat surfing and most importantly, everyone in your party will have a ton of fun!
Please share this with your Yamaha buddies and we look forward to sharing this project with you tomorrow morning!
