New Member is a scammer

Member Peterbill joined at 0256hrs this morning to message me at 0257hrs for my WTB add. Asked me to email someone who had one for sale. Wanted a stupid amount for it, but immediately accepted my offer of 1/10th his asking price. Broken English...the whole 9 yards.
Not sure where to put this or who to tell to block the account!!

Recently my mother in laws FB account was hacked...the person was sending all her friends private messages asking for money...lol..in the same broken English.

She gave me all her log in info so I could fix the account and I could see someone had added their phone number to the account. As I was deleting the phone number the person kept adding it back before I could change up the passcode..and they were literally sending PMs while I was trying to fix her account...lol..

Anyways, I could see where the account was being logged in from - Nigeria! Was laughing my ass off..
