I wanted to introduce myself. I am a former trailer sailor wanting to get a trailerable powerboat. Something around 21 foot and easy to trailer with my 2020 RAM 1500. My wife and I are currently building our retirement home (hope to retire next year) near Rehoboth Bay, in southern Delaware.
I was considering either a 21’ Chaparral SSI (outboard) or a 21’ RobaIo dual console. I thought jet boats were a crazy alternative
, until I started to learn more about them! A lot of what I have l learned has been by reading the threads on this forum. 
Now,I think I want a Yamaha 210 FSH Sport instead!
As I can’t boat this Summer, I’m thinking about getting a boat for next Summer. When our house is done, I can keep the boat in our driveway or in our oversized garage (for the Winter). Of course, this has been a crazy year+ for boats, so I’m hoping the boat market settles down next year.
